about us

Our Team

At MAC we serve Christ as partners in the gospel (Philippians 1:4-5).    Every member is valued and essential.

The MAC ministry staff  team are responsible for the equipping and encouraging of our partners to be “alive with Christ”, in our homes and the highlands, in all our gatherings and as we passionately take the gospel to the world.

Rev. Rob Sharp

Rev. Rob Sharp

“Hi, my name is Rob Sharp and I’m Senior Minister of MAC. I’m married to Cass and our kids are Nathaniel (18) and Caitlin (15).

Knowing Jesus is the greatest treasure in my life. It began through my parents, as they lived and shared the gospel of Jesus with me and my sisters. Through our local church, I came to know and understand the truth of Jesus through God’s word.

God has given me lots of great ministry opportunities to serve Him. After leaving school as an Electrician and then working for Anglican Youthworks in Camping ministry, sharing the message of Jesus. After that, I studied at Moore Theological College from 2002-2005, which was a great privilege. I was then ordained as an Anglican Minister and have served in Narellan and, as the Senior Minister, at Harbour Church in Shellharbour for 11 years. I began my role as the Senior Minister of MAC in January 2021.

Being the Senior Minister of MAC is a great privilege and an exciting opportunity to be a part of what Jesus is going to do in His Church.”

She has been a member of our church for over 8 years now and has been involved in our youth ministries for most of that time. She is currently undertaking a Diploma of Ministry at Youthworks college as part of her training program and is really enjoying the opportunity to get to know God more, and learning how to share and teach the Gospel of Jesus to young people effectively.

Josh Reilly

In 2022 Josh has come onboard as a ministry intern here at MAC. He’s super keen to gain ministry experience this year, after recently graduating from Youthworks College. God has worked in Josh’s life through his loving Christian family, and then when he became a Christian as a teenager through youth camps and older Christians in church. Josh has grown up in the Highlands, he’s got 8 siblings, and he loves teaching kids and teenagers about Jesus. He also is enthusiastic about music, movies, and video games.

This year Josh is coordinating Kids Church on a Sunday morning, as well as being involved in youth ministry on a Friday night.

The Parish Council

Our parish council and church wardens are volunteers elected each year. They are the governing body for the financial and property affairs of our church.
